Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be less than 5% used and must also be in the original packaging and with receipt of payment (unless bought at a market which you can verify) and including a written explanation of the reason you are requesting a refund.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.


We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport is responsible by the sender.

We know you are excited to receive your items, but its going to take a little bit of time for us to get it to you.


Let us explain:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Your order needs to be verified, and the items collected for packaging. It then has to be packed and sent out to you, which can take 2–4 days. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you (the destination). Items usually take between 3 to 7 Days in Australia and 7 to 21 days International to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to14 days Australia and 30 days for international delivery before contacting us about an undelivered item.

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly (and its your current address), we would hate for your item to be held up due to delivery people not being able to find you.  We will use the address you have given us, we can not change this once the item is shipped.

Oz Beeswax will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
