RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be less than 5% used, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt (unless purchased at a market, which can be verified). Please provide a written explanation for the refund request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Your order undergoes verification, and the items are gathered for packaging. Once packed, your order is dispatched, which typically takes 2–4 days.
Shipping Time: This refers to the duration it takes for your items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Typically, items arrive within 3 to 7 days within Australia and 7 to 21 days internationally. However, please note that delivery times may vary, and it may take longer on occasion. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within Australia and 30 days for international delivery before contacting us about an undelivered item.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
